MGallery Hotel Collection is seeking a Commis/CDP for its Queenstown area kitchen. You will work with the kitchen team to ensure food standards, presentation and techniques meet upscale restaurant expectations. You will liaise with the Executive Chef and Sous Chef, coordinate production, and ensure recipes and standards are followed.
