The team at Harcourts Blackham & Co Ltd are currently seeking a Tenancy Manager to join their busy Timaru office for a fixed term contract of 12 months. This is a great opportunity to advance your career with our award winning, progressive and dynamic team working in a growing real estate market. We are seeking a proactive individual to assist the Property Manager in day‑to‑day operations. Key responsibilities include conducting property inspections, preparing and sending reports to property owners, and managing maintenance requests to ensure prompt resolution. The ideal candidate will have strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with a commitment to delivering excellent service to both tenants and property owners. A background in Property Management would be beneficial but is not essential.
