About the Opportunity We’re seeking someone with strong analytical capability and a deep grounding in te ao Māori to help shape the insights, governance and strategic advice that underpin Fonterra’s Māori Strategy function. This role serves as the connective tissue across the wider Māori Strategy team, bringing together data, stakeholder insights, policy developments and organisational information to support high‑quality decision‑making. It also supports governance processes, reporting, planning and the development of tools and resources that enable kaupapa Māori priorities to be embedded across the organisation. Responsibilities Shape insights, governance and strategic advice that underpin Fonterra’s Māori Strategy function. Bring together data, stakeholder insights, policy developments and organisational information to support high‑quality decision‑making. Support governance processes, reporting, planning and the development of tools and resources that enable kaupapa Māori priorities to be embedded across the organisation. Qualifications Fluency in te reo Māori and tikanga (required). Experience in insights, governance, policy, reporting or strategic coordination. Strong analytical and critical thinking capability. Ability to translate complex information into practical advice and action. Desire to support kaupapa Māori outcomes at an enterprise level.
