As the Category Specialist, you will be an expert in everything Coffee & Tea, by delivering insights to support the development of the Coffee category and our portfolio. You will work together with the category leads to deliver sales growth for JDE and our retail partners. In this role you will be responsible for: Continual evaluation of market trends and JDE coffee and tea performance to key stakeholders Support with innovation projects Deliver insights and tools to help the business optimize our sales fundamentals Establishing a strong reputation within internal teams by becoming recognized as an expert on all relevant data sources Qualifications To be the best Category Specialist, we’re looking for someone who has the following skills and experience: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field Prior experience in FMCG with experience in Nielsen/IRI, Dunnhumby/Quantium Critical thinking skills and the ability to derive actionable insights from large volumes of data Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines Continuous improvement mindset with strong communication skills Valid unrestricted work visa Additional Information Competitive salary and discretionary bonus opportunity Enjoy half a day off on your birthday.
