Act as a strategic partner to key accounts, building long‑term relationships and proactively identifying opportunities to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction. Uncover and translate customer needs into tailored solutions, working closely with internal teams to deliver exceptional service. About You Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a senior Commercial Development role within the logistics or supply‑chain sector, ideally with a strong focus on airfreight solutions and the healthcare logistics sector. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills. Strategic mindset with strong commercial awareness and attention to detail.
