Working alongside the National Parts Manager, you'll provide expert parts support to dealerships throughout New Zealand. This is an excellent opportunity to work with one of the world's fastest-growing automotive brands, supporting the nationwide dealer network while playing a key role in parts sales, inventory management, and dealer support. Key responsibilities Supporting dealers with parts interpretation and technical enquiries Managing dealer orders, stock availability, and backorders Assisting with parts sales, promotions, and product development Providing pricing support and Parts Trader quotations Liaising with local and international suppliers Supporting inventory planning and parts ordering Delivering dealer training and ongoing product support Building strong relationships across the dealer network What we're looking for Previous experience in automotive parts, preferably within a franchise environment and preferably at distributor level Strong parts interpretation and catalogue experience Excellent customer service and communication skills Sound inventory and stock management knowledge Well organised with strong administrative skills Confident using dealer management systems and parts catalogues A proactive team player with a passion for delivering outstanding dealer support Applications from those already based in New Zealand are welcome.
