About The Role We're looking for an experienced, proactive Business Process Analyst who brings energy, curiosity and practical thinking to business improvements. In this role, you will help drive smarter, more efficient ways of working across Gallagher Security’s global Business Unit. You'll identify improvement opportunities, bring clarity to complexity and turn business needs into practical, technology‑enabled solutions that create real business impact. You’ll partner with stakeholders across our global business to improve critical processes that support growth, customer outcomes and operational excellence. Working closely with stakeholders, project managers and development teams, you’ll play a key role in improving efficiency, supporting change, and helping teams make informed decisions through clear process insight, strong documentation and thoughtful analysis. What You’ll Be Doing Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation and optimisation across business processes on a local and global scale. Take ownership of process discovery and improvement opportunities, bringing structure, pace, and clarity to ambiguous business challenges. Proactively work with stakeholders to capture, analyse and document pain points, requirements, processes, objectives, and opportunities to add value. Facilitate communication between business users, project managers and development teams, translating technical concepts clearly for different audiences to facilitate alignment, energise cross‑functional groups, and turn ideas into action. Support project planning, progress tracking, reporting, risk assessment and issue resolution. Translate data and business insights into actionable recommendations that support better decisions, smoother change and measurable business value. About You You’re a proactive, people‑focused problem‑solver who thrives on uncovering opportunities, simplifying complexity, and making things better. Combining strong analytical skills with a collaborative approach, you bring stakeholders together, drive continuous improvement, and help deliver meaningful business outcomes. You are naturally curious and enjoy understanding how things work, like to take initiative, challenge the status‑quo, bring structure to ambiguity, and build momentum across teams. What You’ll Bring Strong analytical skills, with the ability to break down complex problems and propose practical solutions. Positive energy and a practical, can‑do mindset to complex problems. A self‑starter mindset who enjoys taking the initiative and driving progress while staying curious, resilient, and comfortable working in a changing, growing global business. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders. Project support or coordination experience, ideally within business transformation or technology‑enabled change. Confidence documenting requirements, processes and decisions with accuracy and clarity. Experience using business analysis tools such as JIRA, Lucid, Visio or similar, plus strong Excel and PowerPoint skills. An understanding of Agile principles would be advantageous.
