About the Role We are seeking a motivated and hands‑on Spa Manager to lead our small but busy Spa and Fitness team. This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Spa Therapist looking to step up into a management position, supported by a world‑renowned luxury brand and a collaborative, supportive environment. In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of our tranquil Spa, including team leadership, guest bookings, recruitment and training, inventory control, and delivering exceptional treatments that reflect our commitment to excellence. What You Will Bring Minimum 3 years’ experience in a luxury spa, resort, or hotel setting Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills Passion for guest wellbeing and impeccable personal presentation Ability to manage bookings and tailor services to guest needs Confidence in building relationships with local partners and suppliers Proficiency with spa‑specific software and a drive for continuous learning What We Offer Competitive base hourly rate (depending on skills and experience) Additional 10% commission on all personalized treatments Guaranteed minimum of 30 hours per week, with potential of up to 55 hours rostered over 5 days during peak seasons.
