You will be trusted to bring the voice of customers and teams into complex transformation programmes, while building your own capability across large scale delivery, savings product transformation and enterprise change. You will play a critical role in shaping and driving delivery of strategic savings product outcomes, aligning business, technology and transformation teams around clear milestones and measurable customer value. You will work within cross functional squads to manage complex dependencies across multiple initiatives, maintain delivery momentum, and help modernise and enhance Kiwibank’s savings product capabilities. Acting as the voice of the customer and frontline teams, you will translate strategic objectives into deliverable outcomes, ensuring delivery teams have clear direction and acceptance measures, and support change execution so new ways of working are embedded. You will collaborate closely with technology, product, change and business stakeholders to ensure value is delivered iteratively, risks are balanced, and Kiwibank’s purpose and values are reflected in every outcome. For this role we’re looking for a Business Transformation Lead who thrives in complex, cross functional environments and brings a strong customer and delivery mindset. We would love to hear from you if you have experience in the following: Proven experience working in cross functional delivery teams, balancing customer, operational and technology outcomes Leading incremental delivery while aligning to longer-term strategy Strong capability in business process and customer or team experience design Navigating large-scale transformation environments and complex dependencies Experience in connecting frontline teams into programmes to embed change effectively Proficient in collaborating across product, operations, distribution and risk disciplines Influencing senior stakeholders and aligning diverse teams around shared outcomes You do not need to tick every box here to be considered!
