Auckland Council’s ICT Support Services team is seeking a Field Support Analyst to deliver hands-on, end-to-end IT support across desktop, mobile, tablet and AV technologies. The role is primarily based at one hub with occasional travel to other Council sites. You will provide first and second line support, troubleshoot hardware and software, work across Active Directory and Exchange, and build strong relationships with users. #J-18808-Ljbffr
