About the Role Join MAS and help deliver one of our most significant transformation programmes. We're looking for a highly organised and proactive Programme Coordinator to support the delivery of the Nexus Programme, a key strategic initiative focused on modernising and strengthening how General Insurance is delivered across MAS. The role supports programme planning, governance, reporting, stakeholder engagement, change activities and day-to-day coordination across multiple workstreams and delivery partners. This is a fixed term position for 12 months and is based in our Wellington Office. Responsibilities Coordinating programme activities, workshops, meetings and delivery forums Supporting planning, tracking and reporting across multiple workstreams Maintaining programme risks, actions, issues, decisions and dependency registers Preparing governance papers, dashboards, status reports and meeting packs Supporting financial administration, including invoice and budget tracking Coordinating stakeholder engagement, readiness activities and communications Helping ensure programme documentation is accurate, up to date and accessible Building strong relationships with internal teams, vendors and delivery partners throughout the programme lifecycle Qualifications Experience in programme coordination, project coordination, PMO support or a similar delivery-focused role Required Skills Strong organisation and administration skills with excellent attention to detail Confidence preparing reports, presentations, governance papers and documentation Experience coordinating multiple activities, priorities and stakeholders simultaneously Excellent written and verbal communication skills The ability to work independently while maintaining strong collaboration across teams A proactive approach and the confidence to follow through on actions and commitments Preferred Skills Experience within financial services, insurance, transformation programmes or change initiatives would be advantageous but is not essential.
