X-Cast Production Technicican

What you'll be doing: Working hands-on in a modern, automated concrete manufacturing environment - setting up and assembling moulds, reinforcement, casting, finishing, and quality checks. You'll read specs, keep to the production schedule, and maintain a clean, safe workspace. Every product that leaves this yard has your standards behind it. What we're offering: Real opportunities to grow your skills and move up within the company A team that looks out for each other and takes safety seriously Work for a company that's been around since 1973 - we're not going anywhere What we're looking for: At least 1 year in concrete, precast, carpentry, steel fixing, or production Physically capable and safety-focused A Class 1 licence with F OSH endorsement (or willing to get one) Gantry crane experience or a ticket 3800 is a bonus - so is reinforcement knowledge Good to know: Pre-employment checks include a medical, drug & alcohol screen, and criminal history check.
