Business Development Manager

Business Development Manager – NEXTGEN Responsibilities Build and strengthen relationships with existing, emerging, and strategic channel partners to drive engagement and long‑term growth. Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities while supporting partners to grow healthy sales pipelines. Collaborate with reseller partners, vendor stakeholders, and internal teams to execute growth initiatives and achieve sales objectives. Facilitate partner training, enablement programs, and accreditation opportunities to enhance partner capability and market readiness. Support marketing campaigns, events, and demand‑generation activities that create pipeline and increase market awareness. Maintain accurate CRM records, monitor pipeline performance, and provide regular forecasting, reporting, and market insights. Qualifications 2–5 years of experience in business development, sales, channel management, account management, or a similar commercial role. Experience within ICT, technology, cloud, software, cybersecurity, or distribution environments is highly regarded. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners, customers, and stakeholders. Proven experience working toward sales, revenue, or activity‑based targets and achieving business growth outcomes. Strong communication, presentation, organisation, and time‑management skills. Tertiary qualification in Business, Marketing, Commerce, Information Technology, or a related discipline preferred; relevant vendor certifications are advantageous.
