We're seeking an inspiring Libraries Team Leader - Community& Culture to lead a passionate team delivering programmes, events andservices that make a genuine difference to our communities. You'll help shapeexperiences that support literacy, lifelong learning, digital inclusion, youthengagement, cultural connection and community wellbeing across the district. In this role you will: Lead and mentor a dedicated team focused onexceptional community experiences. Build meaningful partnerships with communitygroups and aligned partners across our district and beyond. Champion future-focused, inclusive services thatreach and engage diverse and under-served communities. Support innovative programmes that empowerrangatahi, strengthen community connections and celebrate culture. Help shape the future direction of our belovedlibraries in a growing district. We're looking for a collaborative leader who is passionateabout people, community impact and the evolving role of public libraries increating stronger, more connected communities.
