We're looking for an energetic Food & Beverage Retail Host to join our friendly team at one of Queenstown's most iconic destinations. The role supports food and beverage service, retail sales, stock control and guest hosting to help deliver an exceptional experience for every guest. What you'll be doing Welcoming and hosting guests from around the world Preparing and serving food, coffee and beverages Selling gifts, souvenirs and RealNZ experiences Creating eye-catching retail displays and keeping the store looking its best Assisting with stock control and merchandising Helping maintain a clean, safe and welcoming environment What we're looking for Previous Food & Beverage and/or retail experience Great communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude Someone who enjoys variety and can juggle multiple tasks Barista and/or bar experience is a bonus A Duty Manager's Certificate is a bonus, but not essential.
