Administration Support - Radiology Permanent, Fulltime (Monday to Friday) – Rotorua Hospital Be a part of a dynamic multi‑disciplinary administration team. About the Role As part of our Radiology Administrative Team, you will provide a high quality administration service with customer focus. Coordinating requests and the scheduling of radiology procedures will give you a wide scope of internal and external contacts as you take your place in a team providing administration support for the department and ensuring quality patient focus. About the Team / Service / Location Our team of nine administrators and a receptionist working in the Radiology Department of Rotorua and Taupo Hospitals each provide administration services for a primary modality, which includes X‑ray, ultrasound, fluoroscopy, CT and MRI. In addition, the team works together to provide cross‑cover where necessary within a supportive and collaborative environment where we have the opportunity to expand our knowledge daily.
