CA Veterinarian

The Role We’re looking for a companion animal veterinarian to join our Ruakaka team. You’ll be working alongside our experienced and friendly vet nurses and customer service teams. You’ll have the opportunity to build lasting relationships with clients, manage your own caseload and make the role your own – all while being part of a supportive 5 clinic practice. You’ll never be on your own. Our wider team of 15 veterinarians, nurses and support staff are only a phone call away with regular collaboration, knowledge sharing and the ability to refer or discuss cases where needed. We’re flexible on working arrangements and can offer a part time or full-time role to suit your lifestyle. Equipped with the usual veterinary must-haves including digital x-ray, a comprehensive in-house laboratory, ultrasound and dental machine and x-ray, our Ruakaka clinic provides everything you need to provide high quality veterinary care to the local community. Plus, with internal referral to our ultrasound expert and passionate surgeons, alongside proximity to referral clinics in Auckland, you’ll have everything you need to excel in your role, whilst providing a vital not-too-busy local after-hours service. About Vet Centre Northland We’re a fast-growing mixed practice, with close to 50 employees. We have recently changed from a vet club ownership model to an independent practice, with back-office support from Franklin Vets and all four owners working as veterinarians in the business.
