We’re part of Future Hospitality Group (FHG), a leading local operator with six unique venues. We’re looking for a full‑time Barista to bring skill, passion, and personality to our coffee experience. This role is hands‑on, guest‑facing, and central to setting the tone for every guest’s visit, from the first coffee of the day to the last flat white of brunch. What You’ll Do Coffee preparation & service; crafting consistently excellent espresso‑based coffees and beverages to FHG standards. Coffee station ownership; maintaining a clean, organised, and efficient barista station at all times. Guest connection; engaging with guests, learning their preferences, and creating a warm, familiar coffee experience. Order flow & speed; managing high‑volume service during busy brunch and lunch periods while maintaining quality. POS & cash handling; processing orders and payments accurately and efficiently when needed. Team collaboration; working closely with the FOH and kitchen teams to keep service flowing smoothly. Venue presentation; ensuring the coffee counter and surrounding areas always look sharp and inviting. Hospitality standards; upholding host responsibility, health & safety, and FHG’s service standards. FOH support (as needed); assisting with floor service during quieter periods or peak times. Who You Are A passionate barista who takes pride in making great coffee. Friendly, approachable, and confident engaging with guests. A strong team player who thrives in a fast‑paced environment. Previous barista experience (espresso experience preferred). Detail‑oriented with a focus on consistency and quality. Reliable, flexible, and proactive, you see what needs doing and get it done.
