Senior ServiceNow Platform Engineer

Role Overview As a Senior ServiceNow Platform Engineer, you will join an agile, collaborative team supporting a large enterprise environment across New Zealand, Australia, and the Pacific. You will be the key person focused on the platform engineering, administration, configuration, development, project delivery, and overall support of our ServiceNow platform. What You Will Do Manage and administer ServiceNow across development, test, and production environments. Manage platform releases, upgrades, patching, and ongoing platform health. Lead smaller enhancements and contribute to larger projects. Requirements Relevant tertiary qualification in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field. Extensive hands‑on experience in administration, configuration, development, or platform engineering roles. At least 3 years' experience supporting and enhancing ServiceNow within a large or complex enterprise environment. Excellent stakeholder management skills with ability to build and maintain good working relationships with business leaders, product owners, and users at all levels.
