Fairfield Farms is seeking an experienced Senior Stockperson/Farm supervisor to lead one of our large-scale lamb finishing operations. About Fairfield Farms Based just 10 minutes north of Ashburton, Fairfield Farms is a progressive farming business operating: Two mixed arable farms Over 25,000 store lambs finished annually Two dedicated beef finishing units Modern farming systems with opportunities to grow your career This is a genuine leadership opportunity overseeing the finishing of 12,000-15,000 lambs annually, managing feed, animal health and performance to maximize growth and meet market targets. You will work alongside an experienced livestock manager while leading staff, making day-to-day decisions and contributing to both livestock and cropping operations.
