Your Role & Impact Architect & Build: Lead the design and development of the core enterprise platforms using modern Microsoft stacks. Pioneer AI Workflows: Champion modern engineering by integrating tools like Copilot, Claude Code, and Cursor into the daily development lifecycle. Innovate Features: Build actual AI-powered product capabilities, from LLM integrations to RAG architectures and autonomous agents. Mentor & Lead: Collaborate with an Agile team, share best practices, and level up our automated testing and CI/CD pipelines. What We Are Looking For Deep production experience with C#, .NET, ASP.NET, and SQL Server . A track record of building robust REST APIs and clean, highly testable code. An Agile mindset with a genuine enthusiasm for mentoring and team collaboration. Deep curiosity (or hands‑on experience) regarding how LLMs are changing software engineering. Full-stack development experience highly regarded including frontend frameworks like Angular or React Extra Points For Experience With: Prompt engineering or building with LLM APIs. RAG patterns and agentic workflows. Advanced automated testing and modern DevOps practices.
