About the Opportunity Join a large enterprise undergoing a major hybrid-to-cloud transition. Hands-on Identity Engineer role focused on Workforce IAM (WIAM) at scale. Microsoft-heavy environment with Entra ID (Azure AD) and Active Directory. Implement practical identity controls that improve security and user experience. Work closely with application owners, identity architecture, and security team. What You’ll Bring Strong commercial experience in IAM / Identity Engineering (delivery-focused). Proven capability across Entra ID, Active Directory, M365 and Azure identity patterns. Experience delivering identity in hybrid environments (not just greenfield cloud). Working knowledge of SSO/federation and authentication standards. Nice to have: SailPoint/IGA, SoD/toxic access remediation, privileged access concepts.
