We have an exciting opportunity for a Supply Network Planner (NZ) to join our Supply Chain team based in Wiri or 12 months to cover Maternity leave. This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end supply and distribution planning for our New Zealand portfolio. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring the right products are in the right place at the right time—balancing service, cost, inventory, and risk across the network. Key Responsibilities Include Developing and managing supply plans for Full Bottle Spirits and 3rd party suppliers Leading distribution requirements planning across the NZ network to optimise stock levels Partnering closely with demand planning, commercial, and operational teams to maximise service outcomes Identifying supply risks and opportunities, providing clear mitigation plans Driving Integrated Business Planning (IBP) processes, including S&OE forums and supply reviews Managing inventory targets in line with service and working capital objectives Supporting new product launches by assessing supply chain risks and readiness Leading and developing a small team to deliver strong performance outcomes About you | Nō hea koe You’re a collaborative and analytical supply chain professional who thrives in a fast-paced FMCG environment. You’re confident working across multiple stakeholders and enjoy solving complex planning challenges. We’re Looking For Someone Who Brings Experience in supply planning, network planning, or a similar role Strong stakeholder engagement skills across cross-functional teams Advanced analytical capability with the ability to translate data into insights A proactive mindset with strong problem-solving skills Experience (or aspiration) to lead and develop a high-performing team Nice To Have Experience in SAP or similar planning systems Exposure to IBP / S&OP processes Continuous improvement experience If you don’t meet every requirement, that’s okay—we value potential, mindset, and alignment with our values just as much as experience.
