Web Solutions Developer

We're looking for a Web Solutions Developer to join our Brand & Marketing Practice, helping deliver high‑quality digital experiences across ASB's customer‑facing channels. This is a hands‑on role where you'll build, maintain and optimise content across our website, blogs, and in‑branch digital signage. You'll work closely with stakeholders across the business to bring campaigns, product updates and customer communications to life while ensuring all content meets accessibility, brand and risk requirements. You'll become a trusted digital expert, providing guidance on web best practices, content optimisation, SEO and accessibility while helping stakeholders navigate digital delivery processes. No two days are the same, with a mix of business‑as‑usual delivery, campaign activity and longer‑term digital projects. Ō pūkenga | About you You'll enjoy working in a fast‑paced environment and be confident managing multiple priorities while delivering high‑quality outcomes. You're naturally curious, solutions‑focused and enjoy partnering with stakeholders to achieve the best possible customer experience. To Be Successful In This Role You'll Bring Experience creating and managing website content within a CMS environment, ideally Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Strong understanding of digital publishing, web standards and accessibility principles Experience working with digital content, online campaigns or digital marketing channels The ability to translate technical concepts into clear, practical advice for stakeholders Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality work A collaborative approach and the confidence to build relationships across a wide range of teams An understanding of risk, governance and working within established processes Exposure to digital analytics, SEO, Photoshop or digital asset management tools would be advantageous Te mahi ki ASB | Working for ASB At ASB, you'll join a team that is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and creating innovative digital solutions that make banking simpler for New Zealanders.
