Skills and Experience Full New Zealand Driver Licence. Physically fit and capable of undertaking manual handling tasks and being on your feet for an entire shift, as the role involves extensive walking throughout the hospital. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong customer service focus and commitment to delivering a positive patient experience. Ability to work effectively within a diverse and inclusive team environment. Ability to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic, and constantly changing environment, adapting to changing priorities and operational demands. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn. An enthusiastic and people‑focused approach to your work. Full training and comprehensive orientation programme. Ongoing learning and development opportunities. Time and a half on weekends. Double time on statutory holidays.
