Drive day‑to‑day trading excellence, with accountability across sales results, margin protection, and operational standards. Partner closely with the Head of Retail and retail leadership peers to deliver consistent execution and continuous improvement. Coach and motivate the team through a fast‑paced environment where pace, energy, and consistency matter. Qualifications Proven success consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets in a retail environment. Strong leadership capability with experience coaching, developing, and managing performance in high‑volume settings. Commercial acumen and confidence working with KPIs, conversion, margin, reporting, and disciplined discounting. Excellent communication skills with a genuine interest in people, customer relationships, and team culture. High organisation, resilience, and flexibility, with the ability to stay calm and effective under pressure.
