Job Overview Food and Beverage Attendant – QT Auckland Rooftop Bar. Full‑time, on‑site position based in Auckland, NewZealand. The role involves serving cocktails, food and providing relaxed‑but‑polished service in a high‑energy rooftop bar environment. Key Responsibilities Welcome guests and make them feel at home from the moment they arrive. Take orders accurately, guide guests through the drinks and food menu, and accommodate dietary requirements and special requests. Deliver food and beverages promptly and to presentation standard. Keep the section clean, organised and guest‑ready, including table resets and bar restocking. Upsell thoughtfully by suggesting cocktails, beverages and menu items that elevate the guest experience. Collaborate closely with bar and kitchen teams and handle payments accurately, following all health, safety and hygiene protocols. What You’ll Bring Previous experience in a bar or beverage‑focused hospitality role. Solid knowledge of cocktails, wine and beverage service (training will be provided). Genuine passion for service and ability to read the room and adapt on the fly. Physical stamina to keep up with demands of a busy rooftop service environment. Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including evenings, weekends and public holidays. A current LCQ/Manager’s Certificate (or willingness to obtain one).
