Legacy Giving Advisor – 20 hours per week Together, we make a lasting difference. Mō te tūranga – About the role This is a newly created position responsible for supporting the development and growth of PSC’s Gifts in Wills (Legacy Giving) programme. This role is focused on connecting with donors/bequestors, improving collation of database information and developing sustainable relationships for future legacy acquisitions and donations. Legacy Giving relies on building long standing and strong connections with our communities. This role will work collaboratively across fundraising, administration, and marketing functions, and will help deliver engagement initiatives, support brand awareness and lead activities that build a pipeline of legacy supporters. Key Responsibilities Building and maintaining meaningful relationships with existing and potential legacy donors Developing and implementing communication, and engagement initiatives Identifying, researching, and nurturing potential legacy giving opportunities Develop supporting collateral, donor communications, and promotional resources for PSC’s Legacy Giving programme Maintaining accurate donor records, engagement activity, and relationship notes within PSC’s donor database system This part‑time position will be 20 hours per week, some flexibility around days is possible. There will be occasional travel to locations within the Lower North Island.
