Senior Project Manager | Contract (6-month) | AKL or CHCH We are on the hunt for an experienced Project Manager to join a major enterprise transformation initiative and shape the future of project delivery. About The Role This is a strategic contract where you\'ll work across business, digital and data teams to define the future state of project management, reporting and governance. You\'ll bring clarity to a complex environment, shape the roadmap, and lay the foundations for a scalable, integrated solution. Your responsibilities will include: Leading the discovery and planning phase of a major enterprise transformation initiative. Defining digital and data architecture requirements to support future integration. Developing the target operating model and concept of operations for ongoing support and funding. Establishing a framework for portfolio-level reporting, governance and data quality. Creating a multi-year roadmap for system enhancements and capability uplift. Developing a digital change management approach to support successful adoption. About You You are a seasoned strategic project manager who enjoys solving complex problems and influencing enterprise-wide outcomes. You\'ll bring: Proven experience delivering complex enterprise transformation or digital projects. Strong background in project discovery, business case development or strategic planning. Experience working across data, digital platforms and system integration initiatives. Confident engaging with senior stakeholders and navigating complex organisational environments. Excellent governance, planning and communication skills. This is an excellent opportunity to influence the direction of a significant transformation programme from the ground up, working alongside experienced stakeholders on a project with long-term impact.
