The successful applicant will provide a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment while supporting children's learning, development, and wellbeing. You will work collaboratively with our teaching team to deliver high-quality early childhood education. Key responsibilities include: Planning and implementing engaging learning experiences in line with Te Whāriki. Building positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues. Supporting children's individual learning and development through observation and assessment. Maintaining a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment. Ensuring compliance with licensing regulations, health and safety requirements, and centre policies. Contributing to a positive team culture and participating in professional development opportunities. What we're looking for: NZ recognised ECE teaching qualification and current Teaching Council practising certificate. A genuine passion for working with young children. Strong communication and teamwork skills. A caring, reliable, and positive attitude.
