The Collaboration & Productivity team is looking for an experienced Technical Product Manager – Unified Communications to lead a talented team responsible for some of the Ministry's most critical digital platforms, including Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, Teams Voice, Email Services, and Unified Communications technologies. This is an exciting leadership opportunity for someone who can combine people leadership, technical understanding, product management, operational excellence, and delivery oversight. You will be responsible for shaping and executing the roadmap for Unified Communications services while ensuring the ongoing reliability, security, and performance of the platforms our staff rely on every day. The role combines strategic planning with operational leadership and requires close collaboration with architects, project teams, vendors, and business stakeholders. Ō Pūkenga/Skills And Experience Experience managing technical teams in a complex enterprise environment. Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 services, particularly Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, and Unified Communications platforms. Experience developing and managing product roadmaps and service strategies. Strong stakeholder engagement and vendor management skills. Experience balancing operational support, continuous improvement, and project delivery. Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence at all levels. A customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering high-quality digital services.
