\nWe're seeking an experienced Loader Operator to join a busy recycling facility in Penrose. This is a hands-on role where you'll play an important part in keeping operations running smoothly while working mostly indoors, away from the weather.\n
\nWhat’s on offer:\n
\n• Monday to Friday, 6:00am – 2:30pm\n
\n• Occasional Saturday work available\n
\n• $26.00 per hour + holiday pay\n
\n• Full-time position with potential for long-term employment\n
\n• Paid trial period to ensure the role is the right fit for both you and the team\n
\nYour duties will include:\n
\n• Operating a loader to move and load recyclable materials\n
\n• Assisting with general yard and plant operations\n
\n• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment\n
\n• Following all health and safety procedures\n
\nWhat we're looking for:\n
\n• Current Loader Licence\n
\n• Proven loader operating experience (recycling or industrial experience preferred)\n
\n• Forklift licence and experience highly desirable\n
\n• Reliable, hardworking, and safety-focused\n
\n• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physical environment\n
