The Asset & Maintenance Compliance Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting the team to ensure that all assets and maintenance activities comply with relevant regulations and standards. Based in Islington, Christchurch in Canterbury, this permanent, full-time position is ideal for an entry-level candidate with an interest in the fuel industry, who is looking to develop their career. Responsibilities: producehigh qualitysite plansin accordance withHSNO requirements produceaccurateEmergency Response Plans ensureall consent conditions are met undertakeregulatory compliance checks and certification undertakesite visits whererequiredforaccuratemeasurements, andrequiredERP training, pick up and delivery of equipment provide support to the wider Asset team by undertaking administrative tasks and assisting with tank maintenance You will need to: have your full NZ driver’s license (you willbe requiredto drive company vehicles) have experience with CAD programmes (we use Draft Sight) be well organised and have the ability to plan your workload. have the ability to communicate verbally and in writing in a professional manner. be adaptable and able to think ‘on the go’. have a proactiveapproach to problem solving. use your initiative toidentifyroom for improvements within the processes. be a friendly and approachable team player. have a relevant qualification in engineering or a related field is preferred. have basic knowledge of health and safety regulations in the engineering sector. have proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with compliance management software Working at RDP: In return you will be employed into a great team that prides itself on our values and work ethic.
