About the Role We are seeking to employ an experienced and enthusiastic nurse to work with our team in our 6 bedded level 2 unit in Gisborne. We are looking for nurses who passionately care about our pēpi and whānau and who want to make a positive difference to our community and improve equity. You will be working with preterm infants of >32 weeks and unwell term neonates and their whānau. There is a mix of acute care and day-to-day newborn care with opportunities to upskill and train in neonatal resuscitation, procedural skills, breast feeding support and neonatal assessment. About the Team/Service/Location Our nurses work closely with an inspiring interdisciplinary team of paediatricians, midwives, outreach nurses, social workers and other members to provide whānau centred care.
