Are you an experienced HVAC or Electrical Supervisor ready to take the next step in your career with a nationally recognised services provider?

Due to continued growth, we are seeking a hands-on Supervisor to lead a team of five skilled technicians servicing commercial and industrial clients across Hawke's Bay and Manawatu.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated leader who enjoys balancing technical expertise, team leadership, customer relationships, and operational performance.

Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will be responsible for:

  Leading, mentoring and supporting a team of HVAC and/or Electrical Technicians

\n
• \n

  Coordinating day-to-day service, maintenance and project activities

\n
• \n

  Ensuring work is delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard

\n
• \n

  Managing customer relationships and responding to client requirements

\n
• \n

  Scheduling resources and overseeing workflow across the region

\n
• \n

  Supporting business growth through exceptional service delivery

\n
• \n

  Driving a positive team culture focused on safety, quality and customer satisfaction

\n

\n
• \n

  Proven experience in a HVAC, Refrigeration, Electrical or Building Services environment

\n
• \n

  Previous experience leading teams, supervising staff or coordinating field service operations

\n
• \n

  Strong communication and customer relationship skills

\n
• \n

  Sound understanding of health and safety requirements

\n
• \n

  Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results

\n
• \n

  Relevant trade qualification and current NZ practising licence (where applicable)

\n
