Health New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora is seeking a Community Coordinator to improve programme outcomes and drive participation among priority populations, including Māori and Pasifika, and those in high deprivation areas. Based at Greenlane Clinical Centre, 0.8 FTE (32 hours/week) on a permanent basis.
