The Department of Conservation (DOC) in New Zealand is seeking a Capability Development Manager (Treaty and Māori) to lead a major programme uplifting organisational capability around Te Tiriti o Waitangi and te ao Māori. You will shape learning pathways, tools and resources to build staff capability and confidence in engaging with Māori.
