ABOUT THE ROLE This role requires an experienced Solution Architect to design scalable, future‑focused software solutions that align with business goals. Working closely with stakeholders and cross‑functional teams, the architect will translate complex requirements into clear technical designs and guide successful delivery across multiple projects. Key responsibilities include leading enterprise solution design, defining architectural standards, providing technical leadership throughout the development lifecycle, recommending technologies, ensuring performance and security standards, supporting project planning and risk management, and mentoring development teams to drive continuous improvement. SKILLS & EXPERIENCE Proven experience as a Solution Architect within software development environments. Strong background in designing cloud‑based, web‑based, and/or enterprise‑wide applications. Solid understanding of modern development practices (e.g., microservices, APIs, CI/CD, agile methodologies). Experience with one or more cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud). Proficiency in architectural modelling, integration patterns, and system design. Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complexity for diverse audiences.
