Silver Fern Farms Ltd is seeking a hands-on Asset Team Lead at its Balclutha site to shape asset management, maintenance, and reliability across a busy operation. Reporting to the Engineering Operations Manager, you will lead a small team and bridge production, engineering, and safety to minimise downtime and drive continuous improvement.
