Senior HR Advisor (Part time, 20 hours per week) based in Blenheim, working closely with the local operations team and wider HR team in Auckland within a global family. The role provides operational HR support, guidance, and coaching to managers and employees, implements performance management processes, manages end‑to‑end recruitment for ANZ business, supports employee relations, onboarding/off‑boarding processes, culture journey delivery, HR process enhancements, and other HR matters. #J-18808-Ljbffr
