They are looking for an experienced Electrical Services Manager to lead the electrical trades division, providing operational leadership, commercial management, and technical expertise across projects throughout New Zealand. The role reports directly to senior leadership and oversees electrical trades staff, contractors, and subcontractors. Responsibilities Lead and manage electrical operations across New Zealand Provide technical leadership and guidance to electrical teams Oversee project delivery, budgets, resources, and profitability Manage contractors, suppliers, and key client relationships Support business development and identify new opportunities Develop team capability through mentoring and leadership Ensure strong health, safety, quality, and compliance standards Experience Trade qualified and registered electrician Strong industrial electrical background Experience operating at Electrical Manager / Operations Manager level Proven leadership of electrical teams and contractors Strong commercial and project management understanding Excellent stakeholder communication and relationship-building skills Experience managing budgets, performance, and delivery outcomes They offer a competitive salary package aligned with experience.
