Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants Coordinating maintenance and repairs Conducting property inspections Managing administrative tasks with accuracy and attention to detail Assisting with leasing, viewings, and tenancy processes Providing exceptional customer service at every interaction About You Is highly organised and thrives in a busy environment Has excellent communication and people skills Takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service Is proactive, motivated and enjoys solving problems Has strong attention to detail Can prioritise multiple tasks and remain calm under pressure Is confident using technology and willing to learn new systems Holds a current full New Zealand driver’s licence Previous property management or real‑estate experience is an advantage but is not essential.
