Inventory & Compliance Coordinator

We're looking for an Inventory & Compliance Coordinator to support our Supply Chain team in maintaining strong inventory governance and ensuring operational compliance across food safety, quality, health and safety, and business process standards. You’ll help drive inventory accuracy, support audits and compliance activities, coordinate stocktakes, and contribute to ongoing process improvements across the business. Key Responsibilities Include: Coordinating stocktakes, cycle counts and inventory reporting. Supporting compliance audits, inspections and corrective actions. Monitoring inventory accuracy, including slow-moving and obsolete stock. Maintaining inventory control processes, procedures and training materials. Supporting inventory reviews and compliance reporting. Working with stakeholders to drive continuous improvement initiatives. Ensuring compliance with food safety, quality and regulatory requirements. About You You're a proactive and detail-oriented professional who enjoys working collaboratively and has a passion for compliance, process improvement, and inventory control. You’ll Bring: Experience in food manufacturing, dairy, warehousing or a similar environment. Knowledge of food safety, compliance, audit and risk management processes. Inventory control and stock management experience. Strong organisational, analytical and problem-solving skills. Confidence using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. A continuous improvement mindset and commitment to health, safety and quality. Who are we?
