They are seeking an experienced Senior Development Manager to provide strategic leadership across their development portfolio. What\'s on offer? Work directly with executive leadership Lead significant development projects from concept to completion Join a growing business with a strong project pipeline The role You'll lead development strategy, commercial feasibility, design management and project delivery while managing consultants, stakeholders and key development partners. This is a strategic leadership role focused on delivering commercially successful projects. What you\'ll need 15+ years\' experience in property development or a major development organisation Proven success delivering large-scale mixed-use, commercial or hospitality developments Strong commercial, financial and feasibility analysis skills Excellent knowledge of New Zealand development and consenting processes Outstanding leadership and stakeholder management skills Relevant tertiary qualification in Property, Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or similar If you\'re looking to play a key role in shaping major developments across Christchurch, I\'d love to hear from you.
