As you grow with us, we also focus on developing the broader skills and capabilities that will support your career progression not only as an actuary, but as a well-rounded consulting professional. Our generous study support program encourages our people to formally qualify as actuaries. Our staff currently pass exams at double the average rate. Here's what we're looking for: You are in your final year of Actuarial, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Engineering, Science or Statistics Studies, with a strong academic record Strong technical ability Innovative thinking and an enquiring mind Confidence in communicating with colleagues and clients Someone who enjoys problem solving A well-rounded individual with interests outside of studies A passion for the general insurance industry Finity work with leading private, public and government organisations.
