New Era Technology seeks a proactive IT Support professional to be the first contact for client IT issues across sites in South and Mid Canterbury. You will handle face-to-face interactions, manage a ticket board, and communicate clearly with non-technical users while prioritizing and troubleshooting problems. Travel across sites is expected and a company vehicle is provided.
