We'relooking for three motivated and safety-focused individuals to join our Track Maintenance team inHamiltonas Trainee Track Worker. This is an excellent opportunity to start a long-term career in the rail industry. Working alongside experienced team members,you'llhelpmaintainand repair New Zealand's rail network while gaining valuable skills, qualifications, and experience. You'll be involved in: Maintaining and repairing rail track and infrastructure Operating tools, equipment, and light machinery Working outdoors in a variety of weather conditions Contributing to infrastructure maintenance and improvement projects Supporting a strong culture of health, safety, and teamwork This role is physically active, varied, and rewarding, with comprehensive training provided from day one. We'relooking for people who enjoy practical, hands-on work and are committed to working safely. You'll need: A full, clean New Zealand Class 1 Driver Licence Good physical fitness and the ability to undertake manual work A strong commitment to workplace health and safety Good written and verbal communication skills The ability to pass medical, drug and alcohol, and Ministry of Justice checks Advantageous but not essential: Class 2Licence Experience in construction, infrastructure, labouring, or mechanical environments Experience using hand tools, power tools, or machinery Nōuterourou| What's in it for You: At KiwiRail,we'recommitted to helping our people build rewarding careers.
