Workflows arewell managed, with jobsmonitoredthrough to completion and delivery targets achieved. Strong relationshipsare builtwith customers, contractors, field teams, and key stakeholders. Invoicing, purchase orders, reconciliations, and administrative activitiesare deliveredaccurately and efficiently. Opportunities to improve processes, documentation, and ways of workingareidentifiedand supported. Whatyou'llbring We'relooking for someone who enjoysworkingwith people, solving problems, and delivering great service. You will ideally bring: Experience in customer service, coordination, administration, scheduling, or operational support. A strong customer focus and commitment to delivering positive outcomes. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Strong organisational skills,attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Confidence using Microsoft Office and business systems, with experience using ERP or operational systemsadvantageous. A proactive, solutions-focused approach and willingness to learn. The ability to work independently while also contributing positively to a collaborative team environment.
