Clinical Nurse Coordinator ICU/CCU/HDU Taranaki Base Hospital Permanent Part time 0.8 FTE This position offers an exciting opportunity for senior nursing staff members to apply and share their knowledge while progressing their career. About the Role We are welcoming applicants from senior nursing staff with a minimum of 5 years experience and a proven track record working in critical care to join our friendly professional team in providing care in our combined ICU/CCU/HDU department. A post graduate qualification in critical care is preferred or the commitment to complete one essential plications are invited for Registered Nursestojoinour teamin a 17 bed multi-specialty ICU CCU, HDU. To be successful you require the following: A current APC Minimum of 5 years ICU CCU and HDU experience Post graduate certificate in critical care preferred or commitment to complete the same is required. Worked in an acute environment within the last year Proven clinical competence A minimum oftwo years New Zealand acute experience is preferrable Previous leadership experience preferred Excellent team player with sound communication skills Sound negotiation and reasoning skills Excellent time management and prioritisation skills Adaptability and flexibility Ability to work in a changeable environment Our team of dedicated health care professionals are providing excellent care within a supportive environment.
