Job Description
Auckland One Rail is seeking 12 Customer Service Ambassadors to join on a three-month fixed-term basis, starting mid-August 2026. You will support customers across Auckland rail networks, guiding them through changes and providing information as we prepare for the City Rail Link opening. Shifts are four hours, Monday to Friday, at central stations like Waitematā/Britomart and Te Waihorotiu.
